Yesterday Barb was bookended
for generosity’s release
by a church bro’ she’d befriended
and a sad and sobbing niece.
The niece called as the day was borning
for reasons that I may not say,
but she was in pain, and mourning,
and turned to Barb to help her pray.
The church dude in the evening
was stranded with no car;
a lot of road became the meaning,
for his home was very far
away, and Barb got home at night,
her face aglow with Christ’s own light.
Once again I marvel at how God moves but doesn’t need to show His face or claim the credit.
The video moved me to praise HIM.
How touching! God always provides!
Sitting here…weeping. Not sure why.
Same here, Jay!
When you live in community, you really appreciate teamwork! This is the best, just good people coming together to help another good person!!!
I love books, when books are the focus, it brings the best out of all of us!!! Hallelujah!!!
Steve, this was indeed incredible. I love it! That’s how to touch the hearts of people: working together in community.
Finally, some good news from the media! I bet the owner had a good reputation for treating her customers fairly and had good follow -trough.

That’s just AWESOME!!!
Made me smile watching it.
Thanks for sharing this, Steve.
