I couldn’t help think that if this was a video game he would have scored 100%!
Mesmerizing.
Wow, I can barely listen that fast.
My sentiments exactly, WOW! What a great way to start off a Friday. Thanks, Steve.
Thanks Steve. Great start to my day. A reminder that all the points I reach for in life and the craft of writing can become beautiful music. Even when reaching for many for so many elements at the same time.
Love how the keys are smokin! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome. I also loved the Flight of the Bumblebee, which was next.
Reminds me of the old player pianos that used scrolls with holes in them for the notes.
How interesting that in that key signature with five sharps–G#minor–the only white notes are B and E. I’ve never played or SEEN anyone else play in that key before, and it looked different from any other performance I have seen, with the hands positioned over the black keys as they were. The sound and light were wonderful, but the finger work of that pianist was AMAZING! (Can you tell I’m an extremely visual pianist? ;-D) I could practice a year and never achieve that mastery. Thanks for a whole new musical experience, Steve!
