Oh to have that much hair and energy….

They said I should follow the rules,
and that my day would surely come,
but I wasn’t born to follow fools,
and so I shall choose Having Fun,
for there is joy found in the tunnels,
and glee in high bars that we miss.
At the beach we splash through runnels
to receive the ocean’s kiss.
So come and join me if you dare,
come break the chains of dull convention,
run up the blue, and breathe free air
with heart set on the intention
of dashing through Heaven’s town square
and hearing God’s bright laughter there.
The dog reminds me of Barb’s new Anatolian Shepherd puppy, Tashka’ Max (means Unconquerable Max in Chickasaw). At six months he’s bigger than a full-grown German Shepherd.

LOL. Thanks for the laugh, Steve.
Rebecca Strange
He may not have gotten it right, but he did it with panache 🙂
Nora Spinaio
LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I needed that. Thanks

Oh, that was delightful!
I laughed so much. He was just having a ball out there!

It was oh so easy at home and alone. But so big and scary and brain went blank when performing in public. Poor guy – I can relate! LOL Let’s hope our pitches go better than Kratu’s.

Sometimes it’s the sheer joy of not following the rules, yet that doesn’t get us anywhere does it?
Jody
Love it! I’m still deep in the training phase for proper and prepared submissions. It’s good to see joy is possible for even the not-yet-fully trained. Thanks for the laugh!

My one year old cat is cut from the same cloth as this furry fellow—and he’s just as fun. I think trying to get an agent interested in a 300,000+ word novel might be considered un-doable—but I had a blessed time writing it.

My daughter’s Teddy Roosevelt Terrier, one year old, just scored four big hits!
It’s a little dog with a strong sense of hunting and the breed was first gifted in the U.S. to the president it is named after. It packs a very round body for a little dog, but has in the past few weeks earned its keep by catching four destructive rock chucks on our property. No training necessary.

I admired the trainer’s patience. She must’ve been frustrated but never lost her cool.
