Stefan Xidas has Down Syndrome and a dream of singing the National Anthem before a Chicago Cubs baseball game. His wish came true a month ago. And, as promised, he now has raised over $20,000 for Special Olympics at this GoFundMe page.
This one simply gave me a joy-filled smile. Hope it does the same for you.
The full song is below in a second video.

Not just a joy-filled smile, Steve. Joy-filled tears. I had an uncle with Downs, and this made me cry. Thank you.

This is beautiful, Steve!!
We are the parents of three adopted children. We never anticipated parenting special needs kids, but two of them are. At times (like now) it is overwhelming. Just last night I confided in a close friend, telling her hat I just want to throw down my sword and cry for awhile. God is good, but the struggle continues. Stories like this remind me of the still-untapped potential these young people have and fill me with hope for their futures.

Awesome. Thanks so much for sharing this Steve. It was the highlight of my week. The tears in my eyes made it hard to type this comment!
