Does not surprise me at all, Steve. Your site is a great place for valuable information. Congratulations. Had to share the news with my group forum so they can check out yours and other sites. I shared directly from The Write Life site.
Also, thank you for always having such great information for us writers. It truly is appreciated.

Sincere congratulations! Well-deserved recognition! Since my platform is still a work in progress and only one agent at the Steve Laube Agency has my genres on their “What I’m Looking For” list right now, I’m exploring other agents’ and agencies’ sites to seek representation. I have been shocked to find misspellings, typos, one agent’s photo with another agent’s name (How could nobody there notice that???), and author data that hasn’t been updated since 2013. (In publishing, I get the idea that might as well be 1813, right?) One agency I found via Facebook doesn’t even HAVE a web site. Hmm. So although I’ve long been in the SLA fan club, now I have even more reasons to appreciate the excellence. You do set the bar high!

Congratulations Steve Laube Agency. You deserve it for your good works. You are touching many writers and helping them express their voices. I believe even new writers like myself shall be given an opportunity to publish their books. Tamela Hancock, please look at my submission.
