Last week I had some rough days personally and professionally…and then a client’s brand new book arrived in the office. In it, on the acknowledgment page, she thanked me for my hard work on her behalf. It was just the right thing at the right time on the right day.

Hey Steve! Did you catch that this is a Canadian bank? haha! 🙂 Actually, it’s my bank. Why can’t that happen when I go to take money out? Love the concept. So cool. We don’t say thank you enough in this day and age. Why is that?
