Today’s video is a smile maker.
A great reminder to say “thank you” to someone today. Your words may be a blessing to one who needs it.
Last week I had some rough days personally and professionally…and then a client’s brand new book arrived in the office. In it, on the acknowledgment page, she thanked me for my hard work on her behalf. It was just the right thing at the right time on the right day.

Hey Steve! Did you catch that this is a Canadian bank? haha! 🙂 Actually, it’s my bank. Why can’t that happen when I go to take money out? Love the concept. So cool. We don’t say thank you enough in this day and age. Why is that?
Thanks for the reminder. Happy Friday.
What an inspirational post, Steve. I teared up when the woman was given tickets to see her daughter in Trinidad. 🙂
Thank you for sharing and reminding us how important a “thank you” is. Speaking of “thank yous,” thank you for allowing me the privilege of being Tamela’s client and a client of your agency. Have a great weekend!
Steve, this video was a wonderful gift to us all. Tears continue to drop from my eyes.
Thanks for teaching us about “Thanks”.

The bank concept seems crazy but the “smile maker”— naw! It made me cry! But then you’re a guy…(<;
Smiles and tears. What a cool video. Thanks for warming my heart today.

Sharing their surprise and pleasure was so uplifting even though I cried through most of the video. Thanks. I hope you have a great weekend and a better week ahead.
Wow, this was wonderful to see. Thank you for posting. 🙂
Cool video, cool post. As always. 🙂
THANK YOU for posting this, Steve. Made my day too.
Well…..now that you’ve made me cry…. 😉 Thank you, Steve, for posting so faithfully on your blog each week. The posts you, Dan, Karen and Tamela share have helped and encouraged this writer as she travels the road toward publication (hopefully one day). I’ve learned from you and been encouraged by you.
This was a great video. I’m so glad you shared it.
I hope your coming week is a little gentler on you.
That made my day!
This helped me so much. My husband was diagnosed a year ago with cancer and now I want to thank again all the people who prayed for us in the past year. Thank you for sharing this. Also thank you for helping books like In The Dead of Winter!
