As announced earlier this year, I have taken over the responsibility of publishing The Christian Writers Market Guide. This is a huge undertaking, and I have secured the expertise of Lin Johnson to help compile the information in the next edition.
Since it has been almost two years since the last edition, many things have changed. We are reaching out to those who were listed in the last edition to ask for updated information, and that process is going well.
What we ask you to do is help us make the Guide better than before. We are adding information helpful to indie book authors. Part of this goal is expanding the information about publicity firms and freelance editors and including information about design and production.
Below are links to forms for some of the categories in the Guide. If you have used a designer for your book cover, a typesetter for your print book, a freelance editor, or a publicist who was not in the last edition of the Guide, please send that person a link to this page. We are focusing only on Christian companies and professionals, however.
If you are in a writers group or direct a writers conference/seminar that you want to list in the 2017 edition, here is your chance!
These sign-up pages will remain live for the next ten days; then we will have to cut off last-minute entries for the print edition. We will be offering the Guide online for the first time, which will allow for new entries and updated information throughout the year. But for the print edition, we have to have a cutoff date.

Is this only for US-based service providers. I tried to fill in the form, but I’m in a different country. Most of my clients are US-based.
The submission form is not working.

That will put everything in one place as that is where the info from the forms are sent.
In the process of contacting publishers re: submission of articles I’ve found that some listings in the 2015-2016 edition of the CWMG are either not correct, changed, not taking submissions, or no longer in existence. Would you be interested in my findings?
