This came out last year and is still one of my favorite commercials of the Christmas season.
I’d never seen this before. It certainly is one to reapeat and has two of the elements of a good story well told: anticipation and a great ending.

Very observant! From what I can figure out the retailer is a British store. Sort of like a Kohl’s or Macy’s.
