I have a friend whose husband, when he needs to get a lot of work done, will book a back-to-back round trip flight to Australia! (Clearly a case of a guy with more dollars that sense. Although they do rack up a lot of frequent flier miles.) I think he’d appreciate the first article. It’s true–the Internet destroys productivity. So why am I here…?

Yes, airplanes are great for productivity. I often fly to Russia and Ukraine, and a ten-hour flight gives good, concentrated time. Now if only there were an app to prevent the guy in front of me from shoving his seat way back into my face! Hard to work on a laptop that way…
