I’ve been humming the Charlie Brown happy dance theme song this morning, so in keeping with the theme of my day, I came across your Fun Friday post. For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been judging self-published books for the Writer’s Digest contest, and sometimes it’s not easy to come up with 100 positive words. This video cracked me up because I’m very much like Lucy at times trying to find my words and make the work count! Thanks for the giggles this morning. You’re a good man, Char– Steve Laube!

I am Schroeder. (You wouldn’t believe how many times I backspaced over attempts with that first sentence.) Like him, I got so far away from the plot on my last rough that I had to axe 16K words. Yikes! Thanks for the laugh.
Robert Treskillard
Absolutely hilarious. My daughter will especially laugh at the Robin Hood segway.
Sally Apokedak
Very, very, very, very funny. But I’m not Lucy. I’m Charlie, putting off until tomorrow what I could be doing today.

My Linusesque tendencies are usually overwhelmed by Schroederistic flights of imagery, and enmeshed within Lucyish word-counting fanaticism, which is often sidetracked by food. *Plots to steal Brown’s sandwich.*
